1. Where are TSGK Offices Located

2. What does TSGK deal in?
We supply and service diagnostic equipment and consumables to the Medical and Science Industries. In other words, we sell, service, and supply the clinical diagnostics, medical and research fields of the human sciences with “High Tech” equipment and associated consumables. We work only with exclusive distribution contracts for the products we offer and support them ourselves with a service department of well-trained specialist engineers.
3. Does TSGK offer after sales support?
Yes. We offer both Application Support and Regular Service and Technical Support to our clients.
4. Does TSGK have post warranty service contracts ?
Yes. Our post-warranty service contracts are available for equipment in two options:
a) Preventive maintenance
b) Full Maintenance
4. Do you offer training to your customers?
Our factory-trained sales staff and engineers will share all the required knowledge to prepare the relevant hospital/laboratory staff in the operation and maintenance of the relevant equipment.
