Who are we

The Scientific Group is a sales and distribution company with past years of experience in the industry. We sell, supply, and service the clinical diagnostics, medical and research fields of the human sciences with “High Tech” equipment and associated consumables. We work only with exclusive distribution contracts for the products we offer and support them ourselves with a service department of trained specialist engineers.

Having signed agent/distributor agreements for all the international companies we represent, allows us “basket” products offering a mix at very competitive pricing. Being a small fraternity, there is frequently close co-operation between companies whose products do not conflict. We offer only top brands available worldwide and are industry leaders with service to match. Our personnel is all factory-trained by our principals in order to provide a professional service to the customer.

Our company is managed with very strict adherence to correct corporate governance and discipline. We offer exceptional expertise in the fields within which we operate so are able to offer quality and value in the services and equipment we provide with staff members.

Why us

Our warehouse is a modern, up-to-date structure with a capacity of approximately 2,000m², facilitating the prompt and efficient movement of inventory. The staff in this facility all have warehouse and distribution backgrounds and experience, so are well versed in the importance of accuracy and speed, ensuring each section runs efficiently. It is split into 3 areas being Receiving, Inventory, and Dispatch with each area controlled by a supervisor and are overseen by a warehouse manager. All stock receipts and despatch are controlled in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The personnel receives ongoing training relative to requirements including machinery.

Maintaining adequate stock levels on-site and in our warehouse is important. These levels are based on the estimated usage of products by our customers. Inbound stock is monitored to ensure it is received within the required time frame and compliance
