TSGK Product Managers and Specialists provide application support and training on specific equipment and goods.  These staff members are specifically trained by our principals and co-ordinate their function with customers. Similarly, our key Account Managers are dedicated to specific customers and receive assistance from Product Specialists while the sales teams perform regular courtesy visits.

Also, our service engineers receive specialized training from our principals; attend updates and ongoing training courses.

With one of the largest service departments in the industry, our engineers have the appropriate electronic qualifications and are trained by the respective principal.  All engineers have been in the industry for many years thus obtaining vast experience and specific engineers are dedicated to specific equipment.

Lastly, our factory-trained sales staff and engineers will share all the required knowledge to prepare the relevant hospital/laboratory staff in the operation and maintenance of the relevant equipment.
