With one of the largest service departments in the industry, our engineers have the appropriate electronic qualifications and are trained by the respective principal.  All engineers have been in the industry for many years thus obtaining vast experience and specific engineers are dedicated to specific equipment.

Spare parts and labor are provided free of charge (FOC) during the warranty period of the equipment.  Suppliers and/or our company may offer extended warranties at reasonable rates.

Routine spares and service kits are carried in our warehouse thus are available ex-stock.  Spares that are of an extreme nature will be flown in immediately. Post-warranty service contracts are available for equipment where two options are available:

Our factory-trained sales staff and engineers will share all the required knowledge to prepare the relevant hospital/laboratory staff in the operation and maintenance of the relevant equipment.

Laboratory Products Training:

• Training Programmes shall be Conducted on Installation.
• Training shall not incur any additional costs.
• Refresher training is required.
